Mike is a passionate seasoned finance executive and trusted advisor with extensive strategic, operational and transformational experience in high growth, fast paced complex and global environment. His background spans with diverse technology, manufacturing, professional services, and public accounting.

Mike has in-depth experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, Analysis, Financial Modeling, Reporting, M&A Due Diligence & Integration, Global Controllership, Global Treasury, Financing and Fund Raising, Global Tax, Corporate Strategies, Risk Management, Investor Relations, Information Systems, Legal, Human Resources and Facilities.

Mike has served as a senior finance executive for multi-billion-dollar multinational corporations, Chief Financial Officer for PE- and VC-backed companies, and Strategic Advisor to an AI start-up and private companies. He has completed over 40 M&A transactions, led multiple large-scale ERP implementations and multibillion financing and fund-raising activities.

He was an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University’s Graduate School of Accounting and an Instructor at UC Berkeley Extension Program. Mike was on the Board of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI) Silicon Valley Chapter and chaired its Professional Development Committee. He was also a member of the Silicon Valley Tax Committee and a Treasurer and Board Member for a local nonprofit organization.

Mike is a licensed CPA in California and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master degree in Business Administration and Accounting, a Law degree, and a Diploma in Taxation.
